I have never had any issues with this motorcycle.

I’ve owned quite a few Harley’s in my lifetime. Today im going to review my StreetBob 114. This is a great bike for someone looking to get that “chopper feel” without spending a fortune. When you ride this bike you feel as if you’re sitting “in it, not on it”. You sit low to the ground and the “10 inch mini ape handlebars” feel awesome. Definitely gives that classic Bobber feel! This bike is especially suited to the rider that’s moving up from a Sportster to something bigger and better on the highway. The six speed transmission runs flawlessly. I’m the original owner and I just finished building this one! This motorcycle has been completely customized and is one of a kind!

Overall it's a great bike. The factory seat was absolute garbage, but once it was replaced with a better aftermarket seat, it was the most comfortable bike I've ever ridden. Performance was fine; you never needed more power to feel safe getting on the freeway, but full power acceleration was not sporty by any means. It's a great cruiser and with so few of them around they always draw at least a few looks.

I owned a 2001 Suzuki Volusia 800 for less than a year. It was reliable, looked great, and was comfortable, but it is NOT a freeway friendly bike. Acceleration was acceptable up to 55-60 mph, but it strained to go much faster. Top speed was 75-80 mph riding downhill with a strong breeze blowing behind me! The shaft drive on the bike is very smooth but the gearing is absolutely horrible. The only way to remedy this is to find a donor VL1500 and swap out the drivetrain. This is an expensive solution to a problem that shouldn’t have existed in the first place. Overall, the only people that I’d recommend this to are ones that want a highway cruiser. Around town or on 55mph highways, the bike is great - I have no complaints. For any significant jaunts that include freeway riding above 55-60 mph, I strongly advise against the 800 and would look for a 1500 instead.
