I love this bike. My last bike was a Harley Ultra Classic Electra Glide and this one certainly does not dissipate. This Indian Chieftain Classic rides and performs comfortably and great. I don’t use it enough and have decided to part ways with it as my riding days are behind me. Show less

The Indian Scout Bobber is powerful, reliable and simply a fun motorcycle. Handling is terrific due to the bike's relatively light weight and low center of gravity. 1133 cc, 100hp motor, liquid cooled, belt drive. low seat height .... and a bike that gets a lot of looks due to it's stylish design. My opinion is that the 1947 Chief is the best model year built by the Springfield, MA, company. The girder front end handles the road better than any bike I have. It has a low center of gravity, making it easy to handle and maneuver. The bike is entirely mechanical and easy to work on. Parts are readily available, too. The beauty is the fact that everything on the bike has a purpose and function. You can literally change the tires without having a lift! Show less

Great bike handles great at speed or in tight places like around town. Perfect daily commuter. The bike has all the amenities I want great tech but still has that classic look. Reliable fun to ride and 10k less than what Harley offers plus a bigger motor. You want a name then I guess buy an overpriced washed up brand You want a bike that you can be proud of. This 2022 Indian challenger dark horse is stellar. Indian had 1 goal in mind when creating this machine in 2020... beat the Harley road glide in power and handling, and they definitely succeeded. The power it puts down on the road is amazing and the shocks are perfect stock. Show less

All bikes do the same thing. To arrive after a 3 hour drive and the bike isn't ready for deliver. Dirty, Damaged and leaking oil. They were,if I give them the check were ready to allow me to ride away with those deficiencies ? Kelby Brooken an owner, let me know my family's time didn't matter. I took the check back to the bank. That was a strang but typical encounter 🙄. To point out my time was valuable became an insult to Meg and Kelby. Show less

I had a great time owning and riding this model. It is fast, loud and very stylish. I received many compliments. Pros: Handling Speed Durability Performance Style Fun-factor 10 Loud exhaust - very useful on the freeways. Cons: Although the faring helps a lot, high wind is not a friend. Bike is not that heavy. Earplugs a necessity on long rides to prevent ringing. To sum it up, great model from the Indian line. Show less

Incredibly dependable. Gets lots of comments from car drivers and other motorcycle riders. . Smooth ride. Never had one hiccup or glitch. I drove it around metro area literally 4=5 times per week on all surfaces and volume of traffic. I would never hesitate to purchase another Indian of any size. Show less

Lots of power with the thunderstroke 111 this was the first year Polaris made this Indian smooth ride good power couple of knocks on it the bags when I treated properly which they turned green and tanned them to original color. Another knock was when you put it in for a gear there’s a loud clunk, but overall it is a great bike and shouldn’t be overlooked. Show less
