As an older rider I enjoy the stability of the bike, especially when conditions are wet. I feel comfortable starting/stopping/resting on all surfaces and weather conditions. I have ridden at 60MPH and the ride is still smooth. I also feel safe in all kinds of traffic because I am easily visible to other drivers Show less

Very nice touring bike. Rides and looks great. Very comfortable and reliably riding bike. Bike has a tone of chrome upgrades. I bought this bike from a friend of mine he had bike for 7 years then sold it to me. Beautiful Black and Chrome bike. Show less

This is an excellent riding motorcycle. I have had no mechanical issues with this bike. I have owned this bike for 14 years with no issues. I have really enjoyed the rides and I have never regreted the purchase. Show less

I love this motorcycle. It has an amazing amout of power and tourqe. Its factory Harmon Kardon Stereo system sounds great even at high speeds. Extremely smooth comfortable ride, especially with the electronic cruise control. Just set your speed prop you're feet up on the highway pegs and turn up the music and just ride. Great on gas. I can drive over 300 miles on one tank. Steering stabilizer makes steering pretty much effortless. You won't disappointed with this bike. Very reliable and dependable. Show less

Beautiful bike, got the blue one. Put on a screaming eagle super sucker and a Vance and Hines short shots exhaust. Really gets a lot of attention with its looks and sound. Rides like a dream. Don't know why Harley-Davidson stopped production of this bike. Show less

I love this bike..I am the second owner and have made many upgrades to the bike.. All LED lights, Removable Tour Pack, Painted the inner fairing and repainted the Desert Dogs Front and back.. Just installed a new rear fender... What I like best is the fact that if I am not on a long road trip I can remove the tour pack in a few seconds and install the riders back rest that goes with the bike along will all the luggage ... I found the motorcycle I purchased here on Cycle Trader. This is the second time I've Using them; you will always find what you're looking for and there are some great deals. Now I'm having to wait for the bike to be delivered, but with lack of drivers it may take a little bit. It's no one's fault. No biggie, I am patient. It has been a great with both times. The history on bike: To be honest I don't believe there are any I was told to by the Harley Davidson dealer; The bike was pre owned by an Irish man who had to fly back to Ireland emergency. He could not take the bike with him, so he sold it back to Harley with only 2056 miles. It had not even been broken in yet at the 5000 mile mark. I had bought the bike less than two years ago. To date I have approximately 16060 miles. I drive the bike to and from work. Maybe a few bike rides here and there. I have all the paperwork with clean title. It has been my Baby. Great Ride. Well it's been a couple years and a few thousand miles since my last review. I said I would keep the bike and so far so good. I have not had any issues with the bike. I used a simple $22 relocation kit for the front turn signals, did it myself piece of cake and now I can use any of the three different types of bars I have. The stock seat is awesome. I have not replaced it because it is so comfortable that I just haven't thought of messing with that, yet working on other things. This bike looks real good with some old 1941 handlebars. They look like eyebrows when the bike is approaching you. They are low but give you good handling and clear the tank easy, but at $425 dollars, bars were rather pricey. Oh well, that's what we work for. Keep riding and if your contmplating a Springer, go for it. They are instant classic and I really enjoy how different they are to other bikes. Show less
