Woods Powersports NWA - Fayetteville, Arkansas Reviews

In February of 2022 I purchased a used 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 400 from Woods Powersports NWA. I have no issues with the bike itself. The purchase experience, however, was flawed. The bike didn't have a title but they skated around the issue and sold it to me anyway. I didn't notice the missing title until I went to the DMV. I tried for several months to get them to help me and they stated they "mailed the title to me" and that "they were working on it" when they were doing nothing. I talked to a different person each time I called because the last person I had talked to "no longer worked there". After about seven months I gave up on them and started the bonded title process which took over 4 months. I finally was able to ride the bike a year after I bought it. I had a shady feeling about them during this entire process and I should have walked out that door. If you are buying a used bike from them make sure you get everything you are supposed to get before you leave. Show less
