I had my eye on another bike, but then this one caught my eye. I have had the bike for about a month now and am really happy with it. I am a novice rider at 46 years young, this bike handles really nice. I would recommend this bike to novice or seasoned riders. I got to go now, the urge is too great to resist getting out on my bike today. Show less

I have to say that I did some changing to the bike right off, but the bike is wonderful. It has mag wheels from the factory, it has the look of a mean drag bike (like a smaller Mean Streak) and it's cheap. I wanted a crusier that could be nimble enough through traffic and I got it. Show less

The Marauder is a great entry level cruiser. The liquid cooled 800cc V-Twin is both powerful & reliable. I get lots of compliments on the bike whenever I ride it. I would highly recommend opting for the Suzuki Gel Seat, the stock one is not for long rides. Show less

Have had my Rauder 1600 for two weeks, completed the break-in period and I've got just over 1100 miles on it so far and can honestly say it is a pleasure to ride. Seat is very comfortable and everything seems to be placed just right for my body. Gas mileage seems to be pretty decent also, 38-45 mpg with windshield on in mixed driving conditions at highway speeds from 65 to 75 mph. I don't plan on putting anything else (pipes, programmer etc.) on the bike, as I like it just like it is. Hope this helps anyone considering the bike for their own. Show less

You can't beat the ride. It is the first bike I ever owned. I love it. The only thing I am going to change is the exhaust system. I need it louder. I need the rumble. Other than that, it's awesome! Show less

This bike is all around practical. I ride it back and forth to work, a total of 44 miles a day. It's comfortable, it performs very well for a cruiser and is light weight for a cruiser. I recommend it to anyone who wants a practical ride at an inexpensive cost. Show less

I own a VZ800 and love it! I drive it to work everyday and it makes it fun getting there and back. Then I drive it on the weekends as much as I can. This is a bike that's powerful, but still small enough to get you to the front of a long line of cars at that red light! To sum it up in two words - Love It! Show less

I just bought my bike two weeks ago, and I'm sure glad that I didn't wait until next year to snag one of these awesome machines. Because I started out riding sportbikes, I wanted to make sure that I got a cruiser with plenty of power, and I absolutely love the Marauder's fuel-injected engine. I love the stance of the bike, with its long sleek lines, and the unique tail section leaves people wondering just what kind of bike the Marauder actually is. Yet another great bike from Suzuki. I got my bike about 3 months ago and I love it. I ride with a group in Mobile, AL known as the Devil Rays. We ride about 100 to 150 miles a weekend. Everyone loves the smoothness and the easy handling of this bike. If I had to do it all over again, I would buy the same bike. I love it. The only draw-back is trying to find accessories for it, it's kinda tough. You really don't need them though because the bike is already comfortable, quick, and reliable... did I mention I love this bike?!! Show less

I bought my Marauder about 3 weeks ago. I was thinking about getting the Honda VTX 1300, but when I saw the Suzuki I fell in love. It rides like a dream. I am still breaking it in but I love it. The exhaust is a little quiet from the factory, but that can be fixed. Show less
