Suzuki Intruder Volusia 800 Limited reviews

It's been a month since my purchase of 02 Volusia, what a great bike, and very satisfied with everything. I must add that the person I purchased it from made all the up grades. My brother has 07 Boulevard (stock), the Mustang seat alone on mine makes a big difference, as we switch off, we both comment on the comfort level improvement. Other ad on's, windshield, floorboards, heal-toe, bags, passenger backrest, make this bike you can ride for an hour or the day. Buy and Enjoy! Show less

I've had this bike almost a year & have had no problems so far. I commute on it so reliability is a must. On long rides the stock seat gets a bit old after 7-8 hours. Good power, decent handling and a 'sweet spot' between 70&80 mph make this bike a keeper. Show less

This is a really good machine. I bought it used a couple of years ago and I can't think of anything negative to say about it. It is extremely reliable, and so far it hasn't cost me a dime for parts or repairs. I've owned a lot of bikes over the past 40 years, including several Harleys, and this Volusia Intruder has proven to be one heck of a "Best Bang for the Buckinvestment. Show less

I've put over 28000 trouble free miles on my LC and it runs better than new. I replaced the battery after a couple of years and am on my third set of tires, other than normal maintenance, that's it. There are no valve adjustments and after buying a shop manual, service is easy. I use Rotella synthetic oil from Walmart and change oil every 5000 miles. I wouldn't hesitate taking a trip across country on it. Thanks for the great bike, Suzuki. Show less

I haven't ridden in over 30 years, determined to keep it that way, until, I first saw this bike. I fell in love with its appearance. Just one ride and I was hooked. Performance is exceptional; style is beautiful and it sounds impressive on the road. Open highway or back roads are comfortable and fun to ride. I have had many favorable comments about it, especially the ghost flames. Operating the gas cap can be a bother, but everything else is heaven. Show less

You can't get anything more beautiful in a cruiser unless it's customized. It is big and intimidating to everything else on the road. The V-Twin is a power plant on wheels. I am very proud to be the owner of this beast. I'm from the Motor City, a place where beauty & power is of the norm. My Limited is definitely a conversation piece. This cruiser would more than hold it's own at Sturgis! Show less

I grew up riding off road motorcycles and ATVs my whole life, but once I rode my bike home for the first time I was in complete love with it. To be honest even though I have had this bike over 3 years I believe that I will ride this bike until the wheels fall off because I could not ask for a better bike for myself. Show less

After over 3 years and 8000 miles, it still performs very well. I've taken it out west and done 3500 miles in 10 days and weeekend 100 milers. Once I added the mustang seat, it is a pleasure to drive. Keeps up with the big boys and handles under all circumstances. No regrets! Show less

Not only does the fastest bike in the world thrill the rider it thrills everyone who comes near it. The acceleration and torque is unbelievable. What an adrenaline rush. I can't wait to take it on a week long ride. You will definitely not be disappointed in owning or riding a Hayabusa. Show less
