Between myself and my son we purchased 2 new Harleys and 2 used. The first thing is they will try and stick you with a super high intrest loan. They come at you with crazy numbers that make you want to run. The worst experience is my 2nd purchase was a used Tri-glide. Less than 3000 miles. I think I put 30 miles total on the bike before I was left on the side of the road with a broken belt. HOG owners group was no help with road side assistance. Had to leave my bike for almost 2 days and get it myself. Service held my bike for 6 weeks. Parts weren't back ordered and now summer was pretty much over and no loaner. After all was done buying the bike I paid 44k. I couldn't even ride it and for them to just buy it back I would've taken an 8k loss. When I got the bike back it had some smudges like a thin rubber that rubbed off here and there. The bike rattles like crazy and there were a few scratches that weren't there before. Part act like they ate too busy to help you with questions and the one girl in apparel rolls her eyes and sighs if you ask for help with a helmet fitting or something from a case. There are other HD dealerships. Avoid this one. Show less
