I paid $6475.00 + tax, for a brand new 2000,one of the best motorcycle buys that I ever made. I sold a Suzuki sv650 to buy the zrx1100. The ZRX is a much better street bike than the SY.

I bought this bike in April and so far I still love it. it is not the most comfortable bike for long distance touring, but I understand an aftermarket seat makes all the difference in the world. this bike has all the power I will ever need. since April of 2000 I have owned three bikes and I don't believe I will get rid of this one. It's not the fastest or the quickest bike out there, but you will never need any more power. I love my Kawasaki. I might go through more motorcycles in the future, but this is one I will not get rid of. outstanding bike. not one bit of trouble in 6000 miles.

Naked like a Harley, the zx-11 motor and handling, the punch and torque of the V-max even the brakes of the excellent ZX-9.At last I've found the love of my life... Best one yet. p.s.I just heard they have a ZRX-1200 in Europe for 2001...Hummm !

I'm still breaking it in so I have not been much past 65 mph. The bike just purrrs along at highway speed. I put on a set of soft luggage from Chase Harper and it seems to be the perfect sport-tour set-up. I smile every time I get on my new ride. I can't wait to ride home from work!

Thanks Kawasaki for designing a great bike.

I've only owned it a week and I'm still taking it easy, but the handling, torque and power, make this the best overall motorcycle I've owned. You want fun without the crouched position (OK I'm over 40), BUY IT.

This is the best looking bike in a unique class. I just purchased the green Y2K ZRX 1100 and totally enjoy riding on the winding mountain roads in Utah. It's got lots of torque even at the high altitudes and handles like a dream. I owned an '80 Z-1 Classic before this and loved the bike but it doesn't come close to the handling that this one has. The braking ability of this bike is superb. I can't say enough good things about this motorcycle. I know I'll enjoy it a long time.
