I've had my 2001 Super Sherpa for a year now and I am still extremely pleased with it. It performs well both on and off road. Light and nimble enough for bicycle trails yet powerful enough to push you down the interstate at 80 mph. I get 60 miles to a gallon of gas and have had no repairs other than general maintenance. If you want a machine that will take you through any terrain including over fallen logs and across knee deep creeks then look no further. Plus this bike is tough, I've dropped her twice and she still looks brand new. The rubber turn signals, solid construction and light weight deliver a dependable ride that you won't have to kid glove. I feel the Kawasaki Super Sherpa is truly an engineering marvel.
