2011 Victory Cory Ness Cross Country

What a great looking and running bike. I used to have a 2001 Kawa Nomad and this is a big step up. It handles and performs really well. I had to get a stock seat though, the Ness seat isn't cut right for me and gets uncomfortable after a long ride. I also needed to install a taller shield and...

Well, I have had this bike just a few months and what can I say? Wow, I'm in love. I have ridden a few different bikes and this is my second Victory bike. I am sold on the quality of these bikes. Harley, look out or you better step it up because this bike outclasses, rides, performs and...

Harley, look out or you better step it up because this bike outclasses, rides, performs and everything else over any Harley!

The 2011 Cross Country is a sure head-turner. Everyone I ride with has a Harley and, of course, they want to jump out and see what the Beast can do. All they can say is your tail lights are very bright even from a distance! Victory did it right with this bike. It's comfortable, it's fast and it...

You will not regret buying this bike - she's a keeper. I love it.

I purchased the 2011 Ness X-Country from a dealership in Sackville, NS. This was my second purchase from there. I live six hours away from the dealership. They delivered the motorcycle to my home; how's that for customer service! A breath of fresh air compared to the HD dealership only 30 minutes from my house with its sales team that couldn't be bothered to answer my questions or concerns. Since I was a kid I had always dreamed of owning an HD. Now that my children are grown-up and I had saved the money, I could finally take the plunge and get me a Road King but my experience at the HD dealership left me with a sour taste. Instead, I went with Victory and have not since looked back. In 2010 I bought the X-Roads and this spring I traded it for a Ness X-Country. The machine not only performs as advertised, it handles worry free. To boot, wherever I go, I always get mobbed by HD logo wearing riders who drool all over my X-Country. For that reason, I now carry a stack of wipes to mop-up the saliva. Thank you for your excellent service.

This is my first day with my Cross Country. I have not accumulated enough miles to give a good evaluation, but so far everything feels just right! The instrument panel is incredible. There is more information provided than any vehicle I ever ridden. You have the gear position, temperature, average speed, average consumption, range to empty, etc. More important, the XC has great power and handling. I felt extremely comfortable after my 40 minutes of riding. I will give another review in a couple of months when I have some real miles on it.

If you are lucky enough to own this bike, you have indeed hit the Jackpot. I test rode this bike and you cannot help but to fall in love with this motorcyle the moment you straddle the 106cc engine. The bike is low and the rake is just right for perfect handling. The rear tire is fat and throwing this machine into a turn is a slice of heaven. It does have a tendency to want to stand tall in turns due to the wide rear tire, but that will take all of two blocks to get used to. You will enjoy the power as it has plenty to get you to highway speed in a hurry. If you want to pass on the freeway, it is as easy as a twist of the throttle. Do yourself a huge favor and test ride this bike, but make it the last bike you test ride because after you have ridden this motorcycle, you will want no other.

I just logged 3,950 miles in a round trip to LaConia New Hampshire. I averaged 49.5 mpg., some days nine hours in the saddle and was never uncomfortable. The cruise control worked perfectly allowing me to alternate single-handed steering. I had my Garmin connected to the sound system so directions and MP3 music were easily heard. The saddlebags held all my clothes, leathers and rains gear as needed; even my half-shell helmet could be stored and locked. What a nice machine.
