It's a vastly improved ride, handling and passenger approval. The 103-inch motor gives a much needed boost at highway speeds. Lower seat height, heated grips, warranty what's not to like? I rode a 2012 Gold Wing which is a superior machine but my legs were splayed too wide for long term comfort. Trust me I rode a Valkyrie for five years so the motor width is known to me.

With the exeption of power, this Harley outperforms the Suzuki in all other areas. Handling, looks, comfort are far superior. The materials used i.e chrome, leather, paint, etc. are of a quality the Japanese bikes just cannot touch. Mine is a 2011 Ultra Limited and I can't wait to get the 2013.

This is my fourth Harley, one softail and two touring models and this is the happiest I have been on a Harley. I added the touring windshield and a Sundowner dual seat for comfort and a Stage 1 A/C for performance and feel that is enough money spent on it. It handles better than any other Harley I have had in the twisties, and with a set of throw over bags, is good for a weekend tour. I really believe, as a bike that you can eadily mod to make it your own. This Dyna is the best model Harley produces.

The springer front end is awesome and handles great.

Here's a little about me. I've been riding since the late sixties. I started out with a '69 Sportster. I loved it and put many miles on it. Over the years I've owned various big twins and metrics and a few Sportsters mixed in. I've always come back to the Sportsters. After riding Sportsters with no battery, only magneto, shaking like a paint mixer, missing or marginal front brakes - I'm spoiled now. I like fuel injection, decent brakes, no puddles of oil on my garage floor. I'm enjoying my 2011 SuperLow. I turn the key and go. It has good low end torque. The motor runs out of steam early enough so you don't need a tach to know when it's time to shift. Handling is great for every-day normal riding. Things start scraping if you get wild, but you can keep this to a minimum once you get to know the bike's limits. The 4.5 gallon tank is a welcome relief on a highway ride. I look forward to many enjoyable miles on this bike.

The Goldwings have the liner power, however the ride quality of the 2011 Classic is just as smooth. Harley has made numerous improvements in technology and it shows. I love the sound, feel and solid handling. You can turn on a dime. I'm very happy and my wife is a convert. I would recommend anyone looking for a full dresser to seriously ride a Glide - you won't be disappointed. I got a great deal and excellent service at the Orlando Harley dealership, the best Harley dealer I have visited.

It's kind of heavy around town, but I knew that ahead of time, handles well and very light on the highway and cuts the wind like a knife, and I knew that, too! It does run hot, though.

The 2011 Nightrod Special: I love the new color, 240 rear wheel, additional cubic inches, low seat, weight in bottom-not top heavy-perfect balance and five gallon fuel tank. It's a different sitting position compared to 2005, more sport bike type-excellent handling and power. It makes you smile with each mile. Corbin bags coming soon for extended rides. Too bad Harley has no idea how to market their best machine and options for it.
