2005 Honda ST1300 (ST1300)

I went looking for a used Yamaha FJR 1300, the bike shop couldn't bring down the price on one, they had. The salesman said he had the Honda ST1300, on sale(Blue). As I sat on it, he described how clean and well kept it was. It also included the matching Pan-European bag with back support for...

I went looking for a used Yamaha FJR 1300, the bike shop couldn't bring down the price on one, they had. The salesman said he had the Honda ST1300, on sale(Blue). As I sat on it, he described how clean and well kept it was. It also included the matching Pan-European bag with back support for passenger, and knee pads on the tank. The salesman asked if I wanted to test-ride it. I said "No, need, I'll take it!"
It's the most car-like suspension I've felt on a bike without sacrificing handling. The balance is so good; I've even had a few front-wheel slides going over small dirt patches and train rails without losing its composure, quickly regaining traction. Even though it has linked brakes, you can still lock up the rear wheel and fishtail it a few inches for fun, occasionally.
Too heavy for wheelies, but front end will get very light under hard acceleration, maybe clearing an inch or 2.
My top (track, long straight) speed on my ST1300, 155 mph!

I bought this bike end of June 2014 with 8660 kms. It now has 123,000 kms and still has original brakes and clutch. No major repairs, great torque and handles beautifully. I love this bike! I recently bought a 2001 Kawasaki Voyager xii, which I also love, but have no plans to ever sell my...

This bike has the best qualities of all of my previous bikes all rolled into one. The workmanship is second to none.
You will not find another 250cc that is just as comfortable on the highway cruising 55-65mph as it is in town running around at 35-45mph.
What I like the most about it is that there is no need for multiple bikes. As long as you don't need to drive for hours above 70mph this bike is up for it.

2005 Honda CR85R

I have been riding quads for a while, but I picked this bike up on the side for cheap to mess around with. For its size, it has a surprising amount of power in high RPM, but being only 85cc, there isn't a whole lot of torque down low. Overall, it's a great bike even for taller people like me to rip...

It has gobs of low to mid-range torque and I love the sound of the V-twin motor. It also has lots of chrome and the dark candy red color make it a real head-turner. Honda has done it again with another great motorcycle - I know why I keep coming back for their products. No one will ever beat them for bulletproof reliability and quality. I own two of their ATV's and this is my second motorcycle. I'll never own another brand -period!
