I purchased my GS750 about seven months ago and have been riding it almost on a daily basis. The bike has been very reliable and has been a great bike with which to just ride around on a warm summer day with (I'm not sure there really is a bad one, now that I think about it). The engine is strong for being twenty years old and mine is in remarkably good condition. Presently, it has 22,000 miles on it, most of which were garnered during a cross-country trip a former owner took it on. I would highly suggest seriously looking at one of these bikes if you are in the market for something reliable with a fair amount of pick-up. I dusted off a guy on a super accessorised Yamaha 600 crotch-rocket, so it can really move if you need it too. I would also highly suggest getting an aftermarket 4 into 1 exhaust system and easier breathing K&N intake filter. This has made a huge difference in the pick-up of this bike. Have fun, be safe and hope to see you on the road some time.
